Adam Verret
The newest member of the team, Adam Verret was born and raised in Southern Louisiana, growing up in Houma, LA, and eventually moving to East Baton Rouge in pursuit of education and opportunity for his family. Adam attended the LSU Paul M. Hebert School of Law and graduated in 2018 with a dual degree Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Degree in Comparative Law (D.C.L.). During his time on Tiger Campus, he was an active member with the Public Interest Law Society and was nominated into the Wex Malone Inns of Court for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Before practicing law in the private sector, Adam enjoyed the honor of externing as a clerk for the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals under the Honorable Judge Jewel E. “Duke” Welch.
Adam Verret primarily operates out of the Baton Rouge office where he is committed to meeting all the many legal needs for his community. As such, he is a general practice attorney, associating closely with other experts with the firm to ensure the excellence in representation that every client deserves, but his primary focus is in high-conflict litigation pertaining to Family Law (divorces, custody, support, and partitions of community property), and Personal Injury, amongst many others. Geographically, Mr. Verret is licensed to practice law in every parish in the State and is committed to representing his clients in any courtroom that they may need his service.
A fighter by nature, Adam Verret is also the former International Amateur Middleweight and Welter Champion with the International Sport Kickboxing Association (ISKA). He was known in the ring for being strategic, indomitable, and coolly composed under pressure; qualities that have provably translated well for him into the courtroom. Adam Verret is also a committed father, and enjoys the adoration of both a 22 year-old stepdaughter and a 11 year old daughter (who has a fight record of her own).
